Professional rodent control & prevention
Combatting and repelling mice, Eversor assists you professionally.
Rodent nuisance in your business?
Mice and rats actively seek food and a sheltered place to nest, often preferring areas close to humans. Mice are often found in places such as warehouses, storage facilities, train stations, waste storage areas, or in your home or office. Once inside, mice spread rapidly. Rats are also commonly found indoors. There are many types of mice. In Belgium, we mainly encounter house mice, wood mice, shrews, and voles. The two most common rat species in Belgium are the brown rat and the black rat.

How do I know if there’s an infestation?
Rats and mice can cause a lot of nuisance. They are curious nocturnal animals that constantly roam in search of food, nesting material, and locations for a new nest.
They can cause a lot of nuisance and damage in your business. Think about a storage space where valuable items belonging to your customers are stored, or short circuits caused by rodents gnawing on electrical cables. Significant damage, and nobody wants to think about that!
Rats and mice urinate and defecate while walking. The urine has a strong and pungent odor that is most similar to ammonia. You may also come across the droppings that the rodents leave everywhere.
In short, the rodents can cause a lot of damage. Damage to reputation and material possessions is best prevented.

How does Eversor handle rodent nuisances?
As soon as you contact us, we get to work.
First, we prepare specifications of your situation. We look specifically at your case here. In doing so, we take into account the location and the desired result. For larger companies, we come in for a free consultation & on-site inspection. Based on our findings, we will prepare a treatment plan and quote for you completely free of charge.
If you agree to the treatment method, you will be contacted as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.
The method of treatment varies from case to case. We may expect to need several treatments to properly resolve your problem. It may also require only a single appointment to fix your problem.
During our 1st visit, we always start with a brief conversation and visual inspection. From this, some tips regarding prevention, warding and hygiene almost always follow. With preventive treatments and with EverSmart, we do the installation and other works directly. After this, if necessary, we will begin treatment immediately. Whenever possible, we proceed in a completely non-toxic manner (following the IPM method). If this is not an option, we use pesticides.
After the initial treatment, you will receive all findings and necessary documentation online.
In any follow-up treatment, which often occurs after several weeks, we perform an inspection first. This way we know to what extent the initial treatment was successful and where our plan needs to be adjusted. After a follow-up treatment, you will receive the necessary documentation online again.
After the treatment, you will receive some tips and possible preventive measures to keep pests away even in the long run. You will also receive additional tips and information regarding inspections and audits by authorities.
9 times out of 10, the problem is solved after the scheduled treatments. If the problem is still not resolved we will look at possible next steps.
